Isabelle Dion, 2021 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards finalist

RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards are major prizes recognizing our nation’s women entrepreneurs. Now entering their 29th year, the awards are an initiative of Women of Influence, an award-winning organization dedicated to the advancement of Canadian women.

Among thousands of nominations, 23 finalists from across the country were chosen based on seven award categories. The Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub Micro-Business Award is presented to an entrepreneur who demonstrates good growth and owns and operates a small business with an environmental impact and annual revenue of less than $1 million. Representing the Eastern Region, Isabelle Dion is one of three regional finalists to be selected in this category.

The winners will be announced and celebrated at the 29th Annual Awards Gala on Wednesday, November 17. As last year, the audience will once again attend the gala virtually. The evening’s festivities and awards ceremony, which will be streamed live around the world, will put the spotlight on all of these outstanding Canadian women entrepreneurs.

The RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Awards recognize women entrepreneurs across Canada who are making significant and outstanding contributions to the local, nationwide or global economy. The nominees share a strong entrepreneurial vision and an incredible determination to pursue their dreams. These awards honor women entrepreneurs from three major regions of Canada: Eastern, Central and Western. All nominees were required to submit an extensive portfolio that was reviewed and evaluated by a panel of leading business experts and subjected to due diligence by KPMG.
